If there is a waiting list for a particular grade, children will be admitted according to guidelines established by the Joliet Diocesan School Board in the following order.

• Siblings of currently enrolled students
• Children of parishioners
• Transfer students from other Catholic schools
• Transfer students from public schools
• Children of other parishes
• Children of non-catholics

All children, including non-Catholic children, are required to follow the curriculum including religios instruction, religios services, and orhter religious activities held during the school day.

All new students are on academic and disciplianry probation for the first semester.

No child shall be refused admission to St. mary Nativity School because of race or creed.
