Dear Parents and Students,
Thank you for your generous support of the
Art Program. Your donations of art
supplies (colored pencils, tissue paper, colored chalk, sunflower seeds, paper
bags, magazines, markers…) are greatly appreciated. I am looking forward to using the materials
with the students in the coming weeks.
In addition, please continue to clip the Box
Tops for Education coupons. I will be
mailing the current batch to the company the week of October 20.
Sincerely,
Sister
Susan

Flag Football
The SMN Flag Football team was
victorious over St Joe’s
Jared Olson helped the team by scoring on the opening kick-off, on a run from scrimmage, and later on by running back an intercepted pass that he and Michael G caught at the same time. Michael G had a nice double hand-off run left to gain a first down and help seal the victory. Cameron G busted his way through the line for several tackles behind the line of scrimmage. Cameron G also caught a nice two point conversion pass. Nick R had some great effort flag pulls to help stop St Joe’s offense. Overall the defense did very well and our quarterback Mike B ran an efficient offense. And the whole team contributed to the victory and the fun!!!
