Top ‘o the Morning! The Happiest of Marches to all of you!!
I wanted to give you all the preliminary information for our upcoming Spring Program.
Yes – It’s that time already. . .
~ The Spring Program will be on Wednesday, May 12th at 7:00pm in the Gym.
~ It involves Grades 1-5 *This is a change from what is listed on the calendar*, plus band and piano students.
~ This year’s Spring Program will be John Jacobson’s masterpiece, Pirates! The Musical. We are super excited.
~ Dress Code is as followed: Grade 5 will be in assigned costumes (TBD), Grades 1-4 will wear jeans or capris (mid-calf or longer), solid black shirt (no logos, please), gym shoes (shoes must have a back!)
We will be working hard on the set, turning our humble gym into a pirate ship sailing the high seas! Keep checking back for more information.
In other news, the 7th grade will be presenting their version of Stone Soup towards the end of April. More info to follow.
We’re writing a fight song! The 6th and 8th grade will be working with me to write SMN’s very own school song. Stay tuned!
And our kindergarteners are busy little bees, learning songs for spring and St. Patrick’s Day. Make sure you ask them to see their butterflies!!!
