Our School's Philosophy St. Mary Nativity community strives to maintain a safe environment where each individual is respected as a child of God. Each student is encouraged to develop a life-long desire for learning, academic excellence, and respect for the uniqueness of self and others. We believe in teaching each child that mistakes can be the stepping stones to success. A comprehensive, faith- based curriculum is offered and taught in response to the Gospel message. Thus, students are provided with the foundation for the development of healthy self-images, positive social interactions, personal and community prayer life, strong morals and values, and the groundwork for Christian service. In preparation for a lifetime of challenges and successes, St. Mary Nativity partners with parents, and the church community, who are the primary educators in guiding and educating youth. Through this partnership, students are encouraged and equipped to become responsible, effective, technologically prepared and contributing citizens with a strong Catholic identity. As part of a global society, St. Mary Nativity promotes the integration, acceptance, and enrichment of a diverse cultural, racial, and socio-economic community.
