ST.MARY'S RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

• You must register in person at the church rectory or school office. We no longer accept registrations by mail.
   

• Fill out the registration form COMPLETELY (front and back). Check your baptismal certificates and your sacramental records so as to fill out the form in its entirety. If you are not sure, you can call your parish.

• Fill out the emergency form as well.

• Bring a copy of your child's baptismal certificate and if applicable, their First Communion certificate as well. If they received their sacraments here, no records or copies are needed.

• If transferring from another school, bring a transcript stating the duration of time your child was enrolled at the previous program. An end of the year evaluation report or report card will also fulfill this obligation.

• Bring these forms to the school office (722-8518) or to the church rectory (726-4031). Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30-4:30pm.  Please call ahead because summers hours may be different.

• Bring your checkbook to pay tuition. Please note that there is a slight increase in tuition this year. We have raised it to match the current rate of most parishes in the Joliet area.

• When you arrive you will receive additional information for the 2008-2009 school year. (calendar, handbook, church envelopes)

• The normal registration period for the 2008-2009 school year will close on August 31st. After that, a late registration fee will be applied.
